The guest lecturer for the UNU Fisheries Training Programme 2003/4 is Dr. Felicia Kow. 

Dr. Kow heads the Post-Harvest Technical Unit in the Fisheries and Marine Environment Faculty of the Australian Maritime College in Tasmania. She also is a professor at the Dalian Fisheries University. A Chinese-born and a citizen of Australia, Dr. Kow is an international professional who has studied in many countries of the world.  Dr. Kow has worked in the UK as well as countries such as Papua New Guinea New Caledonia, China, Taiwan and Malaysia.

Dr. Kow visited the UNU-FTP in October 2003 and gave a series of lectures to the fellows specializing in the Quality Management of Fish Handling and Processing and met also with individuals of the group.
