Dr. Felicia Kow
The Chinese born and a citizen of Australia, Dr. Kow is truly an international professional where she has worked and studied in many countries of the world. Apart from her studies in the UK Dr. Kow has worked in countries such as Papua New Guinea New Caledonia, China, Taiwan and Malaysia
Dr. Kow heads now the Post-Harvest Technical Unit in the Fisheries and Marine Environment Faculty of the Australian Maritime College in Tasmania. She also is a professor at the Dalian Fisheries University
Dr. Kow visited the UNU-FTP in October 2003 and gave a series of lectures to the fellows specializing in the Quality Management of Fish Handling and Processing and met also with individuals of the group. Notes of her lectures can be found below.
